My camera won’t connect to the App

If you do not have the camera in hand there is little that can be done. Check if the camera misses the next once daily sync time. If it does retrieve the device.
If you have the camera in hand:
1) Replace the batteries with brand new ones.
2) Complete a long format on the SD card. If you are using a Flex series camera press and hold the “Format” button on the device as you start it.
3) Start the device and record a vide of the device starting up being sure to capture from the time you click the power button to on. Note the light sequence you see.
4) If the device still will not connect, check your model’s support page for the latest firmware. If an update is available follow the instructions to install it.
5) If this has not remedied the situation you are now ready to contact support. Armed with the video and information from your troubleshooting, you should receive a resolution quickly.
